The end of the of Q1 is quickly approaching and Q2 kicks off with the 2026 Unstoppable Spring Training Tour! Please review your individual training plan to ensure you are on track to complete your required training and register now to attend the Tour. Available Sessions will appear for Required Personnel (02, 03, 04, 12, 41, 42) if you are in the markets where the event is being held. *No Manager Approval is required though Manager batch enrollment is highly recommended. *Refer to the attached Learning Center Dealer Manager “Bulk” Session Assignment for step-by-step instructions. New Hire Orientation: To enhance the customer experience and all dealership new hire sales personnel will be required to complete Level 0 training prior to being eligible for Rewarding Excellence payments. Note: All other program requirements (including Level 0-1 training) will remain in effect for continuing incentive eligibility. It is essential for Managers and Consultants to complete required training in order to maintain Incentive Eligibility.* This includes achieving a passing score of 80% or higher on any required post-tests. Level 0 and Level 1 training requirements must already be complete for current Incentive Eligibility. To view program rules and for more information on the most current sales incentive programs visit DealerCONNECT or rewardingexcellence.com. The following Level 2 courses are required and failure to complete these by March 31** will impact your incentives.

Level 3 instructor-led workshops are provided via Virtual Online Training (VCT) to A-E size Planning Potential with offerings available throughout the year. It is strongly recommended to have a headset with microphone or an alternative (computer speaker and mic, earbuds, etc.) allowing the ability for dialog during all virtual sessions. The inability to speak may impact participation and course credit. REMINDER: VCT No-Show Policy fee is $300. VCO Cancellations should be made no later than 2 days prior to all sessions to ensure you don’t incur a fee.

Review your individual training plans and enroll in the required courses via the Performance Institute Learning Center today. For questions, please contact the Performance Institute Hotline at 888-321-4321 from 8 am-8 pm EST. * Other qualifications may apply for Incentive Eligibility. ** Course credit is granted based on the date the evaluation is completed. It is the responsibility of the user to complete training, including any applicable posttest AND evaluation before the end of the quarter. In-Dealership Targeted training will be offered Virtually via Adobe and Live (if available) as well as the Web Equivalent offered later in the quarter. Your Performance Institute Trainer will reach out to schedule Virtual or Live In-Dealership training. § Level 3 VCT training must be completed by December 23, 2026, if not completed in a previous year. All Level 0-3 training including any applicable post-tests and evaluations must be completed by December 31, 2026 (11:59 ET) to achieve Annual Certification and qualify for Annual incentives (including the Q4 Quarterly Sales Consultant Sales Challenge).
