We’ve added a new tool to the Eck Sales Training site to help with one of the most important parts of the sales process — handling phone calls with customers.
The Eck Auto Response (EAR) Phone Training Tool provides quick examples of how to guide conversations when customers ask common questions or raise objections.
The system focuses on three key areas:
Engagement – How to guide the conversation early
Answers – How to respond to common questions
Responses – How to handle typical objections
The goal is simple: help move the conversation toward the next step — getting the customer in to see the vehicle and take a quick drive.
